The year will soon be drawing to a close, can you believe it? For me, this year has been a whirlwind of change. If I think about where I was in January this year, and where things are now, I have had such an amazing year of progress. I am thrilled for 2024 and what’s coming up next.
Recently, with the launch of Alaya Books for Children, we have released the enchanting tales of Misha the Travelling Puppy and other children’s books as Special Editions with colouring pages and fun facts inside. Check out the new editions here.
Misha the Travelling Puppy is an educational, adventurous and entertaining series that makes the ideal gift for children 3-7 years old. With the help of cute, furry friends, youngsters learn about different countries and learn new vocabulary without even realising it!
Another very exciting progression for Alaya Books is the upcoming interview sessions with authors, called ‘Insights’. I have started the interview process, and this coming January we will be releasing these to you for free. ‘Insights’ is a series of fascinating interviews with authors, talking about their seeds of inspiration, the writing process, and the ins and outs of being a writer in this modern world. Stay tuned for ‘Insights’ which will be released in January 2024.
On a personal note, for those of you who might have read a little about my kitten stories… well, now my black kitten, Kiki, who I found last May at my daughter’s school, is having kittens of her own. Her babies are due in the first days of next year. New beginnings all around… I will be sure to keep you posted!
